Programs that attempt to reproduce a human dialogue through an auditory/textual user interface to accomplish a specific purpose are known as conversational agents. Through the NLP used within these systems, people now feel like they are talking to real person only. More importantly, these assistants basically use natural language processing (NLP), to answer the queries which user has fired to the assistants via voice commands that can be considered as a real conversation similar to humans. Virtual Personal Assistants (VPAs), which were developed on Artificial Intelligence technology, seem to be great helpers with many features that make life easier for users. We use technology to organize our own lives, receive instructional information, and interact with others. Some useful information can be obtained quickly through One of the things we cannot give in our incredibly fast lives is technology. In this regard, this study explores VPA and identifies key concepts by examining existing literature. In other words, VPA can facilitate human-machine interactions in which users can become active partners during online interactions. In this regard, virtual personal assistants (VPAs) play an important role in creating a frame with their facility service that provides a simple, fast and hassle-free connection over which the user can communicate through natural language processing (NLP) Can. Our lives have become faster and busier than ever! We communicate, interact and learn online. It is used to analyze the input in the form of speech and generate responses that are similar to humans. NLTK (Natural Language Toolkit) is a module/ program in python which can able to perform symbolic and statistical Natural Language Processing for English written in Programming. Our system tries to solve their problem with the help of the symptoms provided by Patient itself and help them to give the correct antibiotics/ medicines and precautions. Our System has the capability to understand the symptoms of the patient and communicates with Patient (End-user) through web-UI. The aim of our Project is to design a Conversational AI Powered Chatbot for Medical Diagnostics using Deep Learning which mainly focuses on rural parts as well as poor and needy people of our country. Sometimes it causes the people to postpone their treatment as well as there is an increment in death count. Nowadays, it is becoming very difficult to provide healthcare facilities as we have seen in COVID-19 critical situations that the condition in India was getting worse because of lack of transportation, availability of doctors and hospitality. Today in the present era, the major challenges that India as a country is facing is to cater good quality and affordable healthcare services to its growing population and at the same time, they are not cost efficient.

HEALTHCARE CHATBOT SOFTWARE
The analysis of meta-data of the chatbot usage showed that the conversation was relatively quick, but with a high drop-off rate.The Chatbot is a software programs that is used to interact with clients using natural language Processing via text or text to speech format. The health behavior of the participants after using the chatbot was found to be inconclusive. The chatbot performed well on user experience, but improvements related to personality and error handling are necessary. The chatbot was evaluated with a questionnaire, consisting of questions related to outcome variables commonly used to evaluate chatbots, namely user experience, chatbot usage, health behavior, user characteristics, and system quality. The evaluation was carried out by 44 participants, whose demographics were skewed towards lower age and higher education.

The chatbot was built by leveraging Azure Health Bot service and related Azure services. The systematic review provides an overview of chatbots in various healthcare contexts and highlights commonly used outcome variables used to evaluate the chatbots.

This thesis consists of three parts: a systematic review of evaluations of non-mental healthcare chatbots, the development of a triage and diagnosis chatbot, and the evaluation of the chatbot.
